Carnival Vista
Vista class · refurbished 2024 · Caribbean & Bahamas
Launched in 2016 as the first Vista-class ship, Carnival Vista received a major refit in 2024 at Navantia shipyard in Spain. It features the SkyRide looping around the ship, an outdoor IMAX theater, the adults-only Serenity area, and the Cuban-inspired Havana district, facilities that became prototypes for later Carnival ships. Now homeported at Port Canaveral, it operates 6-8-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises. Because fares are generally lower than on the newest Excel-class ships, it appeals to travelers who prioritize value. Although it has been 10 years since launch, the cabins and interiors have been maintained through refurbishment.
