Report a correction or update

If you find incorrect or outdated information about a ship, route, or port, please let us know. We check each report and publish the changes we approve.

Please do not include personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or booking number.

1.What to report

  • Errors on ship, route, or port pages, including specifications, itineraries, departure months, ports of call, indicative prices, or photo credits
  • Broken links or moved pages on official websites and other sources
  • Outdated information, such as discontinued services or changes to ship operations
  • If you know a supporting URL, such as an official website, please include it to help us check your report.

2.What to leave out

  • Information that identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, booking reference, passport number, or credit card number, except in the contact details field
  • Other people's personal information, or text and photos copied directly from other websites

For bookings, changes, or cancellations, please contact the cruise line or your travel agent. We do not handle these requests.

If you have included personal information by mistake, please email us. We will delete it, including any copies kept for review.

3.What happens next

  1. Receive your report
  2. Check the information against supporting sources, such as official websites
  3. Keep the report for review until we decide whether to make a change
  4. Approve and publish only the changes we have agreed to make

We cannot promise an individual reply. Changes may be included in our monthly update. We may not explain individually why a report was not adopted.

If you provide contact details, we may use them to clarify your report, but a reply is not guaranteed. You can submit a report without contact details.

4.Your personal information

We use the contents of your report and any contact details only to review the report and contact you when necessary. For storage methods and retention periods, Google Forms and overseas servers, and how to request deletion, see the correction reports section of our Privacy Policy.
