Ketchikan

A small port town at the entrance to southeastern Alaska, known as the Salmon Capital of the World. Many Tlingit totem poles remain, with attractions including Totem Bight State Park and the Totem Heritage Center. Creek Street, a historic district with a wooden boardwalk built over the water, is also popular. The town is famous for very heavy rainfall and is surrounded by temperate rainforest.
